Exercise

There are two parts of exercise you need to focus on, Cardio and Resistant.

Cardio:

Try to go for a jog 2-3 times a week for 10 minutes and increase the time you jog for after you build up your stamina. Jogging is a very good way of breathing in fresh air while working out your lungs and the rest of your body. Consult your nearest local gym or browse the internet for any more cardio exercises to help gain your bodies health.

Resistant:

Purchase some small handheld weights varying from 5-25 Kilograms and work your arms out with them. Try to do sit ups, press ups and crunches to strengthen your muscles. Working out your muscles is very important as it increases there strength and resistance to muscles spasms/anxiety symptoms appearing.

I highly recommend joining a gym or at least speaking to a qualified gym instructor for the best way to gain body strength and stamina. Inductions and being shown how to use the equipment is always part of a gyms sign up process by law for health and safety so don't be worried about going to one if you have never been before.
